How To Get Rid Of Pimples Fast And Naturally

With the holiday season approaching, we know socializing and picture taking is coming soon. We need to look our best for the festive season, or it won’t be enjoyable. Well, we’re here to help. Most teenagers, and a surprising number of adults suffer from some sort of acne. Some severe acne, some a few spots once in a while. No matter what the type of acne you suffer from, you don’t want to, that’s for sure. So we found some of the best natural remedies and over the counter products to help you get rid of pimples forever!

So to clear your skin of pimples, there’s two alternatives (other than waiting it out which tends to be a long wait for many people). One is using medicated or over the counter products. These can be powerful, and result in immediate results. There’s plenty of creams and soaps you can buy, but unfortunately many of those don’t actually work. So it becomes difficult to find a good acne product. One of the top acne products out there that we could find is Exposed Skin Care, which receives excellent reviews from customers. I would say this is your best bet if you’d like to clear your skin in the fastest way possible.

But there is an alternative. It’s slower and slightly less effective for many people. The second option is using homemade remedies for pimples. Some of natural cures are highly effective for some (and don’t do much for others). So it’s all about finding the right treatment for you, and therefore requires a little experimentation with different ingredients such as aloe vera or essential oils. For an overview of the best essential oils for spots, you need to look at oregano oil and hemp seed oil. Both of which have helped many people with skin problems. But again, bear in mind that these alternative treatments won’t work for everyone. If you have particularly sensitive skin, such oils might actually make things worse, so it’s always a good idea to test a little bit on a small area of your skin before going all out with a new remedy. This will save you a lot of pain if you do react wrongly to a certain essential oil. You could also experiment with combining different home remedies and over the counter treatments such as Exposed Skincare for the best results.

I personally used aloe vera in conjunctions with creams and face washes; and experimented with all kinds of different essential oils. I tried so many things, I’m not sure what eventually did the trick to be honest. But the important thing is to get rid of pimples, not know how you did it I guess.

Hopefully this short post has helped you prepare for the holiday season, and ensure that you’ll look your best for all those family portraits! Let me know in the comments below what your favorite remedy is and what kind of results you have seen with the remedies discussed in this article.

Interview With An Expert: How To Get Rid Of Grey Hair Naturally

I’m not sure when it happened, but I remember it vividly! My first grey hair! It petrified me, as it meant I was getting old. As soon as I pulled it out, I went online and found an article detailing exactly how to get rid of grey hair naturally.

I spoke with a hair dying expert, who specializes in natural remedies to figure out exactly how to prevent going grey completely. Here’s the transcript.

One’s hair color fading is a natural process of ageing. There are many different ways of hiding greying hairs, one of the most popular methods is using hair dye. Most women, and sometimes men, use hair dye to cover up their ageing areas. However, this is not the greatest solution, as hair dye will eventually start to grow out and it can be expensive. While natural home remedies for grey hair might not be as fast as hair dye, it can actually be a better long term solution, as the results are more permanent.

There are various natural, inexpensive ways of banishing the grey hairs from your head naturally. One of the first is the fenugreek seeds and coconut oil treatment. This works so brilliantly as seeds contain amino acids, which will prevent your hair from continuing to grey. The ingredients and method to this natural remedy couldn’t be any simpler. All the ingredients you need is 1/4 cup of fenugreek seeds and 1/2 a cup of coconut oil. Simply boil the oil, then later add the seeds. After around 10 minutes, remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool down before applying it to the hair. Leave the application to soak in overnight and repeat the process twice a week over a 3 week period.

Curry Leaves

Another natural remedy to treat greying hair is by using curry leaves with coconut oil. This is basically the same method as the previous, except rather than adding fenugreek seeds to boiling coconut oil, add curry leaves instead. Let it cool, apply it to greying hair and then leave it on overnight. This process, however, must be repeated for twice a week for a minimum period of 4 weeks before results start to show.

The last remedy I am going to share, involves coconut oil (again) and amla. Amla, or Indian gooseberry is one of the most effective natural ingredients to help prevent grey hairs. It’s a source of vitamin C, and is known to be used in treating all kinds of hair problems. The principle of this remedy is again very similar. For this remedy, you will need at least 5 pieces of dried amla and 1/2 a cup of coconut. You will want to boil the oil and add the amla, then after around 10 minutes remove the mixture from the heat. After waiting for the mixture to dry, lather it on the hair and leave it on overnight.
